We agreed because we had just drove 14hrs and needed rest. She also informed us that the deposit was 30$ a night instead of the 50$ refundable deposit. Upon arriving the front clerk was very rude and laughed in my husbands face and stated that no hotel was ran that way and she would be charging us a 50$ check in fee for early arrival. I also asked about how much the refundable deposit was and was told in would be 50$.

I called ahead of time to see if we could enter our room before check-in and the lady who I spoke to said it was fine as long as the room was ready. The staff was very rude from the moment we walked in.
